I don’t think it was fat-shaming. She was pointing out how risky it is for him to be taking hydroxychloroquine while morbidly obese.

And she was talking about Donald Trump. Not anyone else. I don’t think I’ll ever understand why people seek out reasons to get offended like this.

The norm of “it’s not nice to body-shame people” do not apply to Trump, since body-shaming other people is kind of his thing. He deserves to have it thrown back at him.
