True, its Georgia working to make it as hard as possible for Black voters in Atlanta to vote by making them wait for hours in line without food and water.

You also have rules and regulations on how you may behave around polling stations, and who may do what, not like in GA, but to ensure voters aren’t bribed or pressured.
Depending on how those laws are written, a candidate for an election or a member of his or her party handing out gifts can run afoul of such laws. It would have to be some neutral third party.
