One point LVQ left out of his otherwise admirable summary: Most of those folks have been banned for YEARS, and yet they still obsess over LGF every day. They continuously post not just about Charles, but about posters who joined years after their banning— so, people with whom they’ve never had any contact with whatsoever.

I’ve seen patterns like that on gaming forums, especially when it comes to MMO’s. You’ll have people who got banned from a forum or who quit a game in disgust ages ago STILL bitching and holding a grudge years after the fact. That has never, ever made sense to me.

It seems like such a waste of energy to keep harping on a website or an individual blogger that you’ve decided is an idiot and his readers all delusional, or whatever the hell they say about LGF these days. You’d think people could find something more constructive to do with their time.
