And I fell into the category that didn’t think TARP was sufficiently targeted to do what it was set to do.

It did manage to get the banks back on a more solid footing, but the TARP funds are now being used for other stuff (auto bailouts, HAMP, etc.), which are far less successful than the original TARP intention.
