Squirrels = rats with hairdressers & good P.R.

A squirrel kept chewing on a particular board on my house—why and why that board, I don’t know. I sprayed the board with cooking spray oil and then threw a handful of ground cayenne pepper onto the oil. As soon as I got in the house, I saw him through the window run up the house and take a big bite of that board. He jumped off the house, ran across the yard and up a tree where for nearly an hour he sat rubbing his nose with his little paws. He never came back.
