The American Experiment is already over. It ended Nov 8, 2016 and the military may well be the only real chance at a reset since the Grand Old Fascist Party is intent on keeping the Theif-In-Chief in place.

Let the military round up the executive branch, send the legislative branch home, set up elections for 2 months later and not allow any current incumbent to run. At that point, we’re back to 1789 and can try again while hoping that the leader of the free world, Angela Merkel, can keep a lid on Putin. Afterwards all officers involved submit their resignations. a

That’s really about the best scenario I can come up with right now.

If we go this route, there is no recovery from it. Perhaps, Trump’s behavior will make enough voters come to their senses.

What if Trump has been playing us all along, not believing that the Americans were so stupid to elect him after all he had said, and now trying everything to get impeached but discovering that he can violate the Constitution at will and the Republican party will go along with it.
