Yes. I’d go even further back and ask “what the hell was this nut doing with a concealed weapons permit in the first place?”

This means two things to me: A) Mr. Zimmerman should face criminal charges and murder in the 2nd degree and B) civil penalties should be levied against the authoring agency that granted a gun permit to Mr. Zimmerman which can be the state of Florida and/or the city of Sanford.
