Slobodan Milosevic was the president of Serbia during the Bosnia and Kosovo conflicts. He supported the murder of Muslims and though there was no reign of terror in Belgrade, he became known as the Butcher of Belgrade.

I know. It’s hysterical what American propaganda cooks up to demonize the enemy of the day. Bush kills more Iraqis than people killed on all sides in the Yugoslav war but he is not called a butcher or charged with war crimes.
