Just throw open the doors then and you’ll end up like those other countries anyways, citizenship or no citizenship. Seems like your doors are wide open anyways. Just give everyone citizenship and soon there will be no more third world countries as everyone will be living in the U.S. And give everyone food stamps and healthcare and soon you’ll be looking like Greece.
