There are many tales of “Man Love Thursdays” among the Afghan army troops attached to Canadian Forces in Kandahar. They’re not really gay or anything, they just like to bugger each other because it will be years if they ever get close to a woman.

Is that sort of like “casual Fridays” here in the states?
