IDF Moves Into Gaza

Israeli tanks have moved into the Rafah “refugee camp:” Israeli Tanks Enter Gaza Refugee Camp. (Hat tip: speedster.)

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Israeli tanks entered the Rafah refugee camp on the Gaza-Egypt border early Friday, residents and Palestinian security officials said. There were heavy exchanges of fire between soldiers and Palestinian gunmen, they said.

Soldiers took over the rooftops of three buildings and used them as positions for sharpshooters to keep the gunmen away, witnesses said.

I'm listening to the Air America live feed ... it's like DU got a radio show ... religious bigotry, warped moral equivalency, tinfoil hattism ... all in the first 10 minutes or so ... I give it until 2 weeks after the election. At that point the big names and advertisers will lose interest and it'll limp along for another 6 months as the true loons take over.
