Patterico has caught the Los Angeles Times red-handed, deliberately editing a Reuters report about the Giuliana Sgrena checkpoint shooting incident to remove critical facts supporting the US position.

Why would the major newspaper of one of America’s largest cities do something like this? Well, Sgrena is a self-acknowledged radical Communist. Need I say more?
