CSIS Secret Document at National Post

Here’s a link to what seems to be a Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) top secret document, at the National Post: Sunni Islamic Extremism. If it really was secret, then obviously it isn’t secret any more—but it was probably classified because it’s double plus politically incorrect.
