Patterico on the Left's Most Dishonest Blogger

Wed, Jul 19, 2006 at 7:54:48 am PDT

I won’t read or link to that slimy, dishonest creep Glenn Greenwald any more, but Patterico’s answer to another Greenwald blog post full of lies and smears is really quite beautiful, as he exposes the behind-the-scenes machinations of the hypocritical angry left: In Which I Condemn Glenn Greenwald for Failing to Condemn Some Stuff.

Good morning, Charles!

Thank you for not linking Charles. I get enough blood pressure spikes when you link to Kozmaniacs.

Charles - there was a note in today's national Post in an opinion column claiming Israel wiped out several trucks carrying medium range missiles coming in to Lebanon from Syria, as soon as they were over the border. This hapened int he last 24 hours. Can't find it anywhere else in the news but that might be the end of AbnerDinnerJacket's wet dream of volcanoes of rage.

Eggs Ackley! Greenwald is just another pimple on the bloated, vacuous face of leftism.

A little offtopic here but I read Andrew Sullivan's latest blog entry concerning Iraq and he is basically throwing in the towel saying it's a civil war. I still have some hope left but it's getting harder and harder to stay positive. What happened to the offensive in Baghdad to clear out the huge problem they have there? Why is that Al Sadr (bad spelling?) guy still allowed to continue killing without any reaction from us. It's pretty clear the Iraqi government is still clueless. WHat do you guys think?

I like Patterico's name for him: The Douchesphere.

Forgive me, but Patterico is no Charles Johnson. Use some punctuation! That stuff is hard to read and make any sense of. I don't have time to make the effort, nor do I have any interest in jumping into some blogger's tiff. I think I will stick to LGF and other well-written blogs (OK, I admit it ... dishing it out on Kos can be kinda fun).

Thank you Charles, for further uncovering the ever growing insanity, hatred, and hypocrisy by the kook left!

I've never read this Greenwald fellow, but since "Sadly, No!" is taking his side, I doubt he's worth reading.

Words utterly fail me when it comes to someone who is so utterly beneath contempt. To make "funny" posters or T-shirts of people with whom you disagree is one thing; to actually come out and call for their death is absolutely despicable.
And as for the 5 ropes, 5 robes etc. I had not even heard of that until I read Charles link. And I gotta tell ya I feel the exact same way about that as I do about Greenwald's rope, conservative shtick.
Extremely heated exchanges of ideas (which can and frequently do degenerate into pure name calling) I understand. I'll never understand anyone calling for the lynching of anyone else, whether they be conservatives, liberals or justices of the US Supreme Court. It's all truly disgusting and despicable as are the people who publish these thoughts much less those who make or would seek to make money off of it.

LGF usually discusses issues of some importance, but then is the occassionnally link to garbage like this. Please label this type of stuff junoir high school penis size contest, so reasonable people of all ages, including junoir school students, can skip them.
