Instead of writing our complaints here on LGF (only) someone should find the contact information for youtube...& we shoudl write them to complain 1st! The reason that these organizations and others pick a side is because the "other side" contacts them, complains, threatens, etc. We should stop being observers & start being participants.

Only time will tell if the supposed place of free speech is really a place of free speech. I'd prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt and it's just taking time to flag things equally, but I know that's possibly wishful thinking on my part. They don't seem to realize that if they go the "protect themselves" route, they're signing their own "going out of business" papers.

I smell arab money. YouTube is a private company so it's hard to tell who's funding them. All that broadband access costs mega$$$. So I wouldn't be surprised if an oil tick was a major investor.

Flag the video, and wait to see what happens. If they don't remove it after it's been brought to their attention, that's when there's an issue.

I don't think it's all bad that they're not censoring the anti-semitic and hatefilled videos.

Agreed about it not being a 1st amendment issue. It's all about parity and consistency across the board. There is a definite selective application with regards to application of established rules which is what people irate. Great news that YouTube has figured out that their terms of agreement are not allowed to only prohibit conservative speech.

Youtube cancelled my user account on the ground of inappropriate content: I had a number of what could be called pro-western videos that generated a lot of negative comments from moonbats. None of the videos were obscene or pornographic, of course. My account was up for a long time and then just this week it was cancelled.

Meanwhile jihad propaganda and 911 conspiracy videos are thriving on youtube.

I smell a bias.
