UC Irvine: MSU Calls for Israel to Be Wiped Out

Sun, Feb 4, 2007 at 1:19:39 pm PST

On Thursday we featured a video recording from Daniel Pipes’ talk at the University of California Irvine, showing the Muslim Students Union staging a coordinated disruption, walking out and loudly chanting “Anti-Israel!”: Video: Muslim Students Disrupt Daniel Pipes Speech at UC Irvine.

But the worst, most disturbing part of this event was buried later in the video, as the camera followed the Muslim students outside to hear a speech from an organizer. I’ve isolated this section in the video below, and transcribed the genocidal MSU speech. This is really bad stuff.

FLV Movie

I just want to say a few words, because I know a lot of people, before this program today, we had many ideas on how things should be done. And there was a lot of chatter going back and forth, and some people wanted to make bold statements, some people wanted to have a silent protest, [inaudible].

But at the end I just want to make one comment, that what we did by walking out of there, it really helps us be very very very powerful, and I want you guys all to go home and just realize, and that is everything, like Daniel Pipes is saying, everything for them is to boost their morale. This whole program was to boost their morale, make them feel as if Israel is there to stay. And that they’re gonna ... he’s trying to garner support for the state of Israel.

And by having a university campus, a bunch of students all walk out, this is trash, this is garbage ... it really defeats ... it deflates the morale of everyone in that room. So right now they’re all pretty depressed in there. [Laughter.]

And they’re gonna go out there and they’re gonna think, they’re gonna try to make people think they’re powerful for a minute. But when they go home, they’re gonna be like, crap. We’re in the middle of America, we’re in Irvine, a public [inaudible] ... and this whole campus hates our guts. [Laughter.]

They have no future. And it’s just a matter of time before the state of Israel will be wiped off the face of the earth.

[Crowd: Takbir! Allahu akbar!]

Justice will be restored then. Those people who are there legitimately ... the people there will, will rule. There will be no injustice any more there.

So just keep on doing what we’re doing. Our weapon, our jihad, our way of struggling in this country is with our tongues. We speak out, and we deflate their morale, and this is the best we can do right now. And our brothers and sisters on the other side of the world, they’re handling business in their own way. May Allah give them strength ... [inaudible]

[Crowd: Takbir! Allahu akbar!]

UPDATE at 2/4/07 5:16:33 pm:

If you’re as appalled by what you see and hear in this video as I am, here’s a page where you can contact the president of the University of California system, Robert C. Dynes. Please be polite and respectful, to make your points heard: University of California - About UC.

UPDATE at 2/8/07 11:13:11 am:

Aaron Hanscom interviews the maker of the video above, Reut Cohen: Pajamas Media: Intifada Comes to the University of California, Irvine.

Support for militant islam-o-turds should equal automatic revocation of U.S. visa, green card, etc and expulsion from any university that accepts any level of governmental support. Until the message gets out that barbaric people are not welcome here in the West, we will see more examples. How long before the Brits problem with Beslan style preparations will cross the oceans to the U.S. ?

If we were serious about this threat we'd at the very least remove these cretins from receiving any further access or financial aid at this public school.

Of course there's zero chance of this happening.

No, we will continue to underwrite our own demise and extend the protection of civilized society to those who would destroy it.

Republic , you are misreading the question. Yes, I know what the words say: "Who is a bigger threat?"

But the underlying question, the real question, is : "Who do you HATE the most? Christians? or Terrorists?"

They hate us more than the people that would kill them. How do you even deal with that?

34 Silhouette  Sun, Feb 4, 2007 11:47:35am

I watched the video to the end and was likewise struck by just this speech. I transcribed it on my 'puter and pretty much bolded just what is bolded above.

What made it worse was the up-talking "valley" accent of the little shit who was saying all this. He's home-grown.

Biggest laugh is, that once Israel is wiped out,

There will be no injustice any more there.

'Cause we all know how there is no injustice in Gaza right now, or the 22 Islamic utopias without Jews.

Thanks for the email address, here's my letter to them:

Saw your MSU students advocating the destruction of Israel, genocide, and murder through web reports, taking strategy DIRECTLY from al-Queda teachings. What codicil in the UC Irvine student charter allows for the support of terrorism, beheadings, rape, murder, infanticide, genocide, treason, etc., in other words radical Islam?

Islamic students are allowed to shut down opposing views at UC-I campus events with no punishment? Where is the fairness that 'free speech' is supposed to guarrantee?

UC-I administrators are better spelled adminis-traitors. UC-I policies disgust me, I had no idea UC-I supports terrorism and Muslim supremacy. What would UC-I's reaction be if white supremacists attending your school uttered the same comments about Israel, or even so-called 'Palestinians'?

But I think I understand - foreign Islamicists are the only ones paying your egregious tuition rates - money talks. Benedict Arnold was paid well too, but it didn't end well for him either...

UC-I in a nutshell encapsulates everything that is wrong with modern graduate/post-graduate education in this country. I look forward to the day when a bankrupt UC-I is sold on the auction block.

Re right wing Christians- as a I recall the Christian right (Falwell, Robertson, et al) became active politically in the Carter years. Their big issues were abortion, feminism and homosexuality; another was the decline in morality in culture-Hollywood sex and violence.
Thiryt years, a Reagan, two Bushes and a Clinton later, there is more tolerance and acceptance of gays than ever before (no one seriously considered gay marriage in 1980). Roe v Wade has not been overturned, and barely been dented. Movies and TV are more graphic each year. A woman is now Secretary of State, another is a front runner for President.

Everything is being set, Scripturally, for the rise.

It's tough living in these "last days", watching the world prepare for the rise.

Olmert may very well be the leader of Israel who signs the 7 year peace deal with the one who will rise.

For anyone who wants to accuse me of being "doom and gloom", the last days, does not mean the end of the world, only the world as we humans know it.

Keep The Faith mama winger, our souls depend on that.

But if they really had some balls they'd go out among the people themselves and perform their rants. But, you see, that's just it: They are bullies, the whole lot of them, and have no balls at all. The disproportion is striking: Pipes wants Muslims to learn to live in peace with others and recognize the rights of others, the MSU wants to annihilate and destroy.

Still, we can learn a lot from this tape: I doubt that Pipes is much concerned by what they think of him, but these people are clearly swayed by what others think of them. We need to keep saying loudly and often that acts of violence against innocents are immoral, disgusting, unjust, and barbaric--and that perpetrators will be punished, not rewarded, in the afterlife.

Their efforts to cast asperions on others is their way of changing the subject and making it seem as if others are just as bad.

They are complaining about humiliation: those who advocate disgusting acts ought to be humiliated. It's called justice.

The revolutionary Iranian nation will emerge successful from this psychological warfare too and will defend their rights, he pointed out.

Obvious observation: Someone should keep and eye on this guy.

Not so obvious: It's very possible that terrorists are here. Hesham Hadayet, the killer who “walked” into LAX airport and gunned down 3 people before being shot by an Isreali security guard, lived in Irvine. His limo business was located close to the John Wayne Airport which is fairly close to the UCI campus.

Ticket agent Victoria Hen, 25, and Yaakov Aminov, 46, a diamond importer who had accompanied a friend to the airport, were killed by Hesham Mohamed Hadayet, who walked up to the El Al counter and began firing. Five other bystanders were wounded before an El Al security guard fatally shot 41-year-old Hadayet, who lived in suburban Irvine.

The FBI says it has not determined whether Hadayet - an immigrant who lived in California for a decade - harbored anti-Israeli feelings. Terrorism has not been ruled out as a motive

See article

More on Hesham Hadayet:

According to the generally well-regarded site, Hadayat was "a secret operative of the Egyptian Jihad who maintained undercover links to the same Jihad cell in Brooklyn, New York, as the ‘blind sheikh’ Abdul Rahim Rahman and Ramzi Yousef. Both are doing time for perpetrating the first attack on the New York World Trade Center in 1993."

Debka.com writes that Hadayat was no stranger to LAX, having worked there between 1993 and 1998 for the American Mercury ground service in an unspecified job when he left to begin a limousine service for airline passengers. His actions back then apparently aroused the suspicions of El Al security, who according to Debka.com asked Mercury to rearrange Hadayat’s schedule for times when none of its flights were scheduled.

oh look the NYT has chimed in:

Palestinians Fear Infighting Hurts Their Case

JERUSALEM, Feb. 4 — The fierce internal clashes among Palestinian factions have shocked many Palestinians and Arab governments, who fear that the bloodshed is damaging the Palestinian case before the world, Palestinians say.

Even as the Bush administration moves to try to press for significant progress toward peace, Palestinians say their own infighting is making it too easy for Israel to argue that nothing needs to be done now to promote a Palestinian state.

Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia have all intensified efforts to stop the fighting and push the warring Fatah and Hamas factions into a form of unity government, no matter how fragile. King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia has called a meeting on Tuesday in the holy city of Mecca between the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, and senior Hamas figures to try to restore at least the facade of Palestinian unity.

“What is happening now is damaging our reputation and our standing with Arab public opinion and with Arab officials,” said Mkhaimar Abusada, a political scientist at Al Azhar University in Gaza. “My feeling is that Arab support for the Palestinians is beginning to evaporate. Arabs are looking at us as fighting ourselves now, not the Israeli occupation, and Arab officials are saying that we’re not very serious about establishing a state.”

Kill the jews and everyone loves you. Fight yourselves and now they worry about their image. Let them all rot.

I did enjoy one part of the article though:

At the meeting, insults were exchanged and shoes were thrown, a severe insult in the Arab world. Mr. Tarawi said, “I have a message from the three Balousheh kids,” referring to three children killed in a December attack on the house of their father, Baha, a prominent Fatah intelligence official in Gaza. Then he threw his shoes at Mr. Rajoub.

I'm just wondering the etiquette of shoe throwing. Are you supposed to leave bare foot, bring an extra pair or is it like, "um yeah, could you hand me back my loafers now?"

They are surrendering. They have decided its better to be exterminated than to fight for their rights and to fight for their freedom and to fight for their children. I never thought I'd see that day when Israel would revert back to the attitude that doomed so many of her disapora: the pathetic attitude "What can we do? OK so "Jihad" like those Palestinian scarves are all the latest in fashion. The suicide bomber is this years gangsta rapper taken to the next step ... meanwhile as long as we know where these folks are hanging out, I'm sure our people are spending their time observing them and learning everything they can about them ie. where their money comes from, what plans they may, who they speak to etc. etc.

So, as angry as I get when I watch these little cretins do their wannabe sixties thing, I know its probably all for the best. Better out in the light then behind closed doors in the dark. And if they're waiting for Israel to disappear, let them wait. Its the very reason why after 60 years they still live in the same fantasy world they've always lived in.

The other alternative is to begin a campaign to defund that particular campus until they clean the school of these groups that champion violence as this one apparently does. It seems to me that something like that might interest Arnold who certainly would see the political parallels with what Governor Reagan did to the Berkeley Campus back in the Vietnam days.

Finally, its kind of pathetic to listen to these idiots convince themselves that despite all the polling data to the contrary, that somehow everyone hates Israel. The facts are that Israel's favorability ratings have gone up in the US, but as usual these Pro Palestinian groups and their leftist useful idiots need to lie to themselves so they can continue to play this decade's version of revolutionary.

Former terrorist speaker

With the issue of terrorism so prevalent in the news media and the rhetoric of today's world leaders, the presentation by former Muslim terrorist Walid Shoebat on Feb. 6 will provide a timely and unique perspective on a global concern.

MSA plans to disrupts the event.

* They are going to sit next to each other and fill as many rows as
possible.
* They are going to yell a synchronized chant during Walids speech.
* Either they will do it when the clock hits a certain time or else they will send out a text message on their phones.
*They will hand people leaflets as they walk into the event exposing Walid as a racist.
*They suggested BURNING SOMETHING outside of freeborne.
*They are going to sneak in Palestinan flags and also signs

A notable former member of MSA is Asan Akbar, an American Muslim extremist who attended the MSA-controlled student mosque at the University of California, Davis. After college, Akbar joined the U.S. Army. In the early hours of March 23, 2003, he intentionally detonated a grenade amidst sleeping members of his 1st Brigade of the 101st Airborne Division stationed in Kuwait -- killing two and wounding fifteen. Not long before this incident, Akbar, who had been reprimanded for insubordination, reportedly had told his mother that he felt the military was persecuting him because he was a Muslim.

You bet, and I agree without qualm. This forum that Charles provides has not allowed tactical commentary in the past. He has limited it to more of a strategic theater. The policy elevates the discourse though we all understand certain actions are extensions of these words.

All of the mechanisms are manifesting themselves, and all of the players are taking their place. Soon, there will be a convergence of will, and a singularity of desire. Then will true evil be born, and lead them into all manners of inhumanity.

Woe unto those who do not see the storm on the horizon...

160 Mazer  Sun, Feb 4, 2007 1:33:25pm

OK, for clarification... I don't necessarily buy the gun stats, but as the father of 5, 3, and 1 year-old sons, they are daunting. However, when the time comes (and it WILL come) for my sons to have to take up arms (be it 5 years or 20) I want them to know what they're doing.

What frightens me most is how the American left greases the skids for these war-mongers. Make no mistake; I am firmly a centrist (I want tight borders and an overwhelming military, but I could give a shit if 2 guys want to get married), but I would rather follow the far-right in taking the fray to the enemy than allow the far-left to pave the road to my front door without lifting a finger to stop them.

It would be certain to be corrupted, and used wrongly, and be deemed illegal, but one wonders if it's time for someone to put together a database like the sex offender database that identifies by name and address all Muslims residing in the United States. It certainly would have to be done like a floating crap game, because the Feds would be after you immediately.

And now that I've said that, and undoubtedly incurred lots of righteous wrath against such a thing (and with which I would mostly agree), I think its fair to say that if we aren't to the point where we would bend decency to even that extent we clearly are a long way from actual warfare on the streets.

At some point in time, the least we are going to have to do is physically move the threat outside our borders. Many innocents will be swept up in that. I don't know the right answers here. It seems that in this asymmetric war that Jihad is waging, we are at a serious disadvantage because we can't really seem to do much of anything until it becomes all-out war -- and they are careful not to let it come to that.

You know that if citizen-led action were to happen, all that would result is a hundred Wacos.

This is very frustrating.

Hello all,

I've been reading the above comments with great interest for the last hour. I would like to add my two cents if you don't mind.

I'm an atheist and a conservative. Makes me a bit of an oxymoron or moron depending on your thinking. I don't fear the Christian religion because it seems to do a pretty good job policing it's self and shunning the radicals.

But, the Muslims scare the hell out of me. I'm not the most intelligent person in the world, probably average or slightly below, but I can see with clear eyes that the Muslims are the greatest threat civilized man has ever faced. These are not good people and are quite frankly, are insane.

I expected to see our nation rise up and defend it's self after 9/11 with all the fury and might we could muster, but our leaders (who are bought off by the Saudis) tried to temper our anger by asking us to continue life as before and not to take anger out on the muslims. They gave us Afghanistan and Iraq to sooth our anger while leaving the greatest threats alone to continue to grow and become more powerful.

I fear that our nation and it's people have been "neutered" by our leaders, the colleges, and the media. We are being threatened every day by an worldwide enemy and all we worry about is what Britney Spears exposed to the cameras this week. Our borders are unprotected, our soldiers guarding our borders are under orders to run away when challenged, and our country is being overrun by illegals.

I fear that when the Muslims manage to finally nuke our country, nothing will be done. There will be no backlash against the Muslims by our citizens because our government and media won't allow it. Anyone that defends our country from these insane people will be arrested and prosecuted.

I am beginning to realize that our leaders (both democrat and republican), the media, and the colleges have already sold the USA and it's citizens out.

I am in agreement with the gentleman above about buying a gun. My government may deny me the right to defend my country, but they will not deny me the right to protect my loved ones and my home.

Sorry to sound pessimistic, but it's hard to stay optimistic during these crazy times. The next few years (decades?) are going to get ugly for us.

Be safe and be well,

Mazer..you sound a lot like me.
I'm a designer (fabrics and furniture)...an ex-dem...and surrounded by libs here in Fla.
I had an epiphany after Sept. 11th... I was stuck in Brussels when the towers were hit...and was stranded over there which was scary.
Ever since then, I've woken up to the threat of radical Islam.
My husband (who is from Germany) and I have also been mulling the idea about in regards to getting a gun.
We have two little boys...3 and 8...so we have the same "fears" as you do about keeping it in the house.
But we also know it's a necessity....we don't want to be caught off guard when the shit hits the fan.
I guess the advice of everyone here is sound....just train yourself and teach your kids well.
I've already started "educating" my boys about what's going on in the world.....I want them to be prepared.
The most difficult part I guess is the first introduction to guns.....my dad had one for hunting and as for my German husband, well, you know the story there.
It's daunting.....and we both have no idea about what to get.
Maybe it's time to start talking to my neighbors...they are all armed to the teeth....I hope they can help.

My husband (who is from Germany) and I have also been mulling the idea about in regards to getting a gun.

After the shootings at the Seattle Jewish Federation building I started feeling a little unsafe in large crowds of Jews. Maybe our proximity to Dearborn (about 20 min from here) is a factor.

In any case, since I have relatively small hands and the grip on a Glock or S&W 9MM is a little to large for me, I've been strongly considering a KelTec. A 38 revolver might also fit my hand, but the KelTec's mostly use an 11 round clip, which might come in handy compared to a revolver.

If you do get a gun, buy a Fobus holster, they're pretty cool and are made in Israel.

Cross-posting from the original UC Irvine Daniel Pipes post, should anyone here not have seen it:

We are finally starting to see the fire being fought back. There's a bunch of brave students who have decided enough is enough - hence Daniel Pipes and others.

Meanwhile, if you want to help out on the legal front:
The Zionist Organization of America is paying out of its own pocket for Susan Tuchman to continue to press the US Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights to complete its now 2.5-year-long investigation into the alleged violation of the civil rights of students of Jewish descent at UCI.

If you'd like to help, please send donations to the Zionist Organization of America: Donation Link

StandWithUs has an Orange County division that's supporting the students any way they can: bearing witness at anti-Semitic events (complete with huge posters), helping organize events, and they're now embarking on an education campaign. Support them any way you can: Link

Finally, I also know that the American Jewish Congress is working another legal angle, but I don't know the details. Donation Link

Global warming is actually caused by the Sun (go figure). And as I sit in my toasty home, it is now -18 outside... a new record low. (or a tie of the record)

Our weapon, our jihad, our way of struggling in this country is with our tongues.

This is important to understand. Jihad is not just about fighting with weapons. Jihad is about using all available means and techniques to create a climate of intimidation, where anti-Islamic speech is silenced and pro-Islamic speech is under no inhibitions.

"All available means" includes speeches, demonstrations, threats, violence, lawsuits, purchasing ownership or influence over media, etc

Thanks for the advice. I'm leaning towards buying one, but it's a big philosophical step for me. I've been anti-gun (but pro 2nd amendment) forever. Plus I still have to convince the Mrs. She is apolitical and every time I try to explain what's happening she kind of glazes over. I think she's one who needs a mushroom cloud to fully pick up on it. In her defense; 3 boys 5 and under will sap the political will out of you in a hurry!

On the bright side, when I say, "Honey, can I ask you a question?" She'll be relieved that I'm not asking for a threesome!

Wow! You get up early! And right on the computer no less!
That's funny about your wife and the "threesome"....needless to say, I can relate! Poor thing...she must be TIRED!
Anyway, I think my husband and I are going to look at some guns today actually.
As someone had mentioned above....I think the Smith and Wesson 9mm revolver or a Glock is what we're going to look at....equipped with gun locks for the kids.
When they are old enough, I will be having both of them trained. Not sure what age though is really appropriate.
It must be the same with your boys....they "pretend" to play with guns ALL the time anyway. It's really funny because for the first 5 years of my oldest son's life....we never bought any kind of toy weapons.
I guess boys just naturally pick up on that and want to play "cowboys and Indians" or whatever.
I finally gave in and said "screw it"....I might as well buy him a GI Joe or something and I did.
Now the "toy weapon ban" is a thing of the past!
Funny how your attitude can change in a matter of a few years (and catastrophic events!).

I hit the heart on my first 6 tries!
We're going for a revolver...a Smith and Wesson 38 caliber, 4 inch barrel.

So I guess we're on our way to gun ownership!

"What is happening?"

They are surrendering. They have decided its better to be exterminated than to fight for their rights and to fight for their freedom and to fight for their children. I never thought I'd see that day when Israel would revert back to the attitude that doomed so many of her disapora: the pathetic attitude "What can we do? We are so few, and. maybe they won't go as far as they say they will, and will let us live in bondage instead of kill us."

Strange times, indeed.

Unfortunately, the situation is even more dire. Most jews are dems and won't change. They vote for their own demise, which is what they have been trying to accomplish. The black vote lies with dems. The "average" worker is bought with the dems by way of unions, etc... The educational system is dems and libs. Politicians..... Well, we have been infultrated. We let it. They knew this. They practiced on Lebanon. This IS the strategy. The NUKES are plab B. They have their own version of the diaspora, but more quiet in their national association. But we all know that ISLAM is not a RELIGION! It is a political movement and can disguise itself. Therefore, the misnomer is wrong in 2 ways. 1- It's more characteristic of a cult, 2- It IS a political movement. Both have equal parts and both are just as important. One suports the other at different times.
Bottom line = scary

Congratulations, and it totally depends on the child in question.

Some kids are just more responsible than others.

Definitely start with something like a BB gun or Airsoft gun (even less risky) that is emphatically NOT a toy but is a way to practice for the real thing - and they must understand that they are NOT to "play" with it.

If they break the rule, wait. If they observe it, then maybe you can work your way up to a 22 LR rifle - they're cheap, under $100.

I was at the range this Saturday with the Step Dad (a great shot at 100 yds with an iron-sighted FAL carbine that he'd never fired before :), and a number of dads (and a mom) had their kids their practicing, seemed like as young as 10 or less. They were well-mannered kids, though one would never believe that he'd missed! :)

That's a good idea... I bet Bill O'Reilly would love to do a story on how CA State funds are being used by a group which espouses radical islamic views.

Maybe he can even do a report from their campus in three months, when they have their annual Israel bashing event.

I wonder if Charles knows how to contact Bill directly?

Its scary -- NO SAD -- that 12 people think Bill O'Reilly is as big a threat to America as Bin Laden. People have very wrong ideals and morals.

I wrote to UCI too and pointed out that the only hate speakers they have there are those invited by the MSU. They have failed to educate their Muslim students the bounds of propriety that inhibit all other groups. They simply don't appreciate the fact that the MSU is manipulating the campus. They are pathologically fixated on Israel, that fraction of a percent of the Muslim world. You would think that the Muslims never conquered another land. But UCI allows them to come in as though they were conquerors and have the gall to impose their values on us.

UCI has a leftist faculty including the self-hating Jew Professor Mark LeVine who holds forth on Israel conspiracy theories. Lina Kreide, a Lebanese on faculty teaches a revisionist history of the Middle East and Israel is, guess what? and apartheidt, racist state.

There have been numerous complaints to the UCI Administration which they deflect one way on another. It is like pushing a string. They simply don't want to do anything about it. Somehow, someway, something has to done about this cesspool. I think ConcernedUCIStudent above has it right. Nothing less than an lawsuit that will either shut down the MSU anti-American, anti-semitic activities OR shut down the whole damn place. They turn out scores of anti-Semites and America haters each year.

On a lighter note, on a similar topic, check out what happened when Walid Shoebat, former PLO terrorist, came to speak at UC Davis Tuesday night:
