As somebody who worked in finance before I retired, I knew several people that died on 9/11. One of them had worked for the same company I did and then left to work in NYC. I will not say that any of these people were close friends, they were not. They were simply people I knew and talked to from time to time in the course of business. For a man who has openly insulted the US and contributed to the death of our troops in Iraq to be allowed to visit this site is a slap in the face to all those who died that day and our brave troops overseas. We are allowing him something that his government did not allow our embassy staff and which he participated in. That is the simple diplomatic courtesy to come and go. To be allowed to do anything further is beyond the bounds. I would suggest that he be pelted with pork rinds if he tries, but I do not. We are and always will be better people than this small worm in the dung heap of Iran. But to allow him to do anything but come to the UN and then leave is simply not appropriate. May he rot in Hell with Satan and Yazid.

First this guy takes our embassy staff hostage and terrorizes them for 444 days. Then, 25 years later, he sends agents and weapons into Iraq to kill American troops and foment sectarian violence among the Iraqi people.

Then Bush could go on live TV and dare the Iranians to "do something about it" if they didn't like it.

That would just about solve every current problem we have with these twerps. If they "do something" we flatten them. If they do nothing, well, by gosh, won't they look impotent after saying they've recently amassed a giant stockpile of stealth missile-carpets or whatever they claimed to have invented.

I implore the citizens of New York to do what our President and our blind, cowardly and shameful elected officials will not do... create a massive sea of civil protest in support of the children, parents, friends and families of those whose loved ones were savagely and brutally murdered without cause on 9/11! Leave your offices and go. There are more important things in life than paperwork. Publicly shame any newspapers that portray this vile visit in a positive light, by refusing to buy their copy!
