-RetweetQueer Eye for the Terrorist Guy

Thu, Sep 27, 2007 at 5:41:36 pm PDT

It’s like an episode of “The Village People Gone Wild,” only with guns and suicide bomb vests: Allegations fly in Fatah-Hamas conflict.

The Hamas-Fatah power struggle has descended into the gutter over the past few days, with both parties trading allegations about the involvement of their members in homosexual relations and adultery.

The alleged “sex scandals” are said to have occurred in the Gaza Strip, which fell into Hamas’s hands in June. Shortly after the Islamist movement wrested control of the Strip, Hamas officials began talking about “embarrassing” and “damning” documents and films that were seized inside Palestinian Authority security headquarters formerly controlled by Fatah.

According to the officials, the Fatah men had been spying on several senior PA officials, some of whom were caught on tape having homosexual intercourse.

A DVD distributed among a limited number of Hamas representatives features a former PA official having sex with another man. The disc, according to a Palestinian journalist in Gaza City, is being sold on the black market for NIS 20. ...

According to one document, entitled “A Large Number of Homosexuals,” a number of wealthy and influential figures in the Gaza Strip had formed a “gang” for practicing homosexual intercourse.

“Some of them were summoned for questioning and they admitted to having sexual intercourse with boys and adult males,” the document, dated May 12, 2005, stated.

“Some of them had individual sex, while others preferred group sex. Some of them paid money for sex, while others performed sexual intercourse with males in front of their wives.” ...

In a bid to counter the Hamas campaign, Fatah members have published details about “sex scandals” involving Hamas activists.

According to Fatah, a Hamas imam was recently caught having sex with a male minor in a mosque basement.

In another incident, according to Fatah, a senior member of Hamas’s armed wing, Izaddin Kassam, was expelled from his refugee camp after he was caught having sex with a male colleague in a vehicle. And according to a report on a Fatah-controlled Web site, a Hamas man was caught naked together with his neighbor’s wife in her bedroom.

Ot (but only a bit ...)

First-year students at Texas A&M's Vet school were receiving their first
anatomy class, with a real dead cow. They all gathered around the surgerytable with the body covered with a white sheet. The professor started the class by telling them, 'In Veterinary Medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor: The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the animal body. For an example, the Professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger in the butt of the dead cow, withdrew it and stuck his finger in his mouth. 'Go ahead and do the same thing,' he told his students. The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes.

But eventually took turns sticking a finger in the anal opening of the dead cow and sucking on it. When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and said, 'The second most important quality is observation. I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger. Now learn to pay attention. 'Life's tough, it's even tougher if you're stupid.'

Ooooh! CNN is Multi-Cultural and stuff, tonight!

So right now on CNN, the talking head is conducting an interview with an "Immigrant" who only speaks Spanish.
How? The guy doing the interview asks his questions in Spanish to the fellow, and then in English to the camera. This guy responds in Spanish, and the talking head translates for the audience.
The whole thing is a big sob story about how he lost all his money when the big, evil government found out he was here (illegally) and told him to go home. His poor, poor dreams and aspirations (To send 60K dollars back to Mexico without paying taxes on it) are ruined, and he might have to go back home.

The big problem for me, though, is this translation done by the guy doing the interview. He can say whatever he wants to us and conveniently leave out whatever he wants in order to get his view across as if the other guy is saying it.

Does this seem like a severe conflict of interest to anyone else? Am I crazy?

Compare with this public, formal standard of acceptable behaviour:

"A rectitude of conduct, an abiding sense of undeviating justice, unobscured by the demoralizing influences which a corruption-ridden political life so strikingly manifests; a chaste, pure, and holy life, unsullied and unclouded by the indecencies, the vices, the false standards, which an inherently deficient moral code tolerates, perpetuates, and fosters; a fraternity freed from that cancerous growth of racial prejudice, which is eating into the vitals of an already debilitated society -- these are the ideals which the American believers must, from now on, individually and through concerted action, strive to promote, in both their private and public lives, ideals which are the chief propelling forces that can most effectively accelerate the march of their institutions, plans, and enterprises, that can guard the honor and integrity of their Faith, and subdue any obstacles that may confront it in the future.

This rectitude of conduct, with its implications of justice, equity, truthfulness, honesty, fair-mindedness, reliability, and trustworthiness, must distinguish every phase of the life of the Bah?'? community.

She told representatives of 16 governments gathered for talks on climate change in Washington: “It is our responsibility as global leaders to forge a new international consensus on how to solve climate change... If we stay on our present path, we face an unacceptable choice: either we sacrifice global economic growth to secure the health of our planet or we sacrifice the health of our planet to continue with fossil-fuelled growth.”

Such a chaste and holy life, with its implications of modesty, purity, temperance, decency, and clean-mindedness, involves no less than the exercise of moderation in all that pertains to dress, language, amusements, and all artistic and literary avocations. It demands daily vigilance in the control of one's carnal desires and corrupt inclinations. It calls for the abandonment of a frivolous conduct, with its excessive attachment to trivial and often misdirected pleasures. It requires total abstinence from all alcoholic drinks, from opium, and from similar habit-forming drugs. It condemns the prostitution of art and of literature, the practices of nudism and of companionate marriage, infidelity in marital relationships, and all manner of promiscuity, of easy familiarity, and of sexual vices. It can tolerate no compromise with the theories, the standards, the habits, and the excesses of a decadent age. Nay rather it seeks to demonstrate, through the dynamic force of its example, the pernicious character of such theories, the falsity of such standards, the hollowness of such claims, the perversity of such habits, and the sacrilegious character of such excesses

Iranian Opposition Group Claims Iran Building Secret Underground Nuclear Facility

Iranian Opposition Group Claims Iran Building Secret Underground Nuclear Facility
By VOA News
27 September 2007

An Iranian opposition group says the Iranian government is building a secret underground military nuclear facility near its existing complex at Natanz in the central part of the country.

The opposition National Council of Resistance of Iran made the assertion at a news conference in Paris Thursday. The claim cannot be independently verified, and the group did not provide any evidence.

The group said its information came from sources within Iran, and indicates that the underground facility is five kilometers from the Natanz complex and will be operational in six months.

The United States and its allies accuse Tehran of trying to build a nuclear weapon and want to impose tougher international sanctions against Iran.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in his United Nations speech on Tuesday that Tehran's nuclear program is peaceful and transparent.

France said Thursday it does not believe him.

The spokesman for President Nicolas Sarkozy said Paris has some very strong clues indicating that Iran's nuclear program also has military goals.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran is the political arm of the People's Mujahedin of Iran, which the United States and European Union consider to be a terrorist group.

The group five years ago disclosed information about two hidden nuclear sites, including the one at Natanz, helping uncover Iran's nuclear program. However, the group has made other claims in the past that have not been verified.

When they found out that I was rooting for the Bulls - but was not "properly" outfitted in Chicago Bulls attire - one of the locals literally gave me the Bulls sweatshirt off his back, refusing to take no for an answer.

Huntsville Re-opens Fallout shelters

In an age of al-Qaida, sleeper cells and the threat of nuclear terrorism, Huntsville is dusting off its Cold War manual to create the nation's most ambitious fallout-shelter plan, featuring an abandoned mine big enough for 20,000 people to take cover underground.

Others would hunker down in college dorms, churches, libraries and research halls that planners hope will bring the community's shelter capacity to 300,000, or space for every man, woman and child in Huntsville and the surrounding county.

Emergency planners in Huntsville — an out-of-the-way city best known as the home of NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center — say the idea makes sense because radioactive fallout could be scattered for hundreds of miles if terrorists detonated a nuclear bomb.

"If Huntsville is in the blast zone, there's not much we can do. But if it's just fallout ... shelters would absorb 90 percent of the radiation," said longtime emergency management planner Kirk Paradise, whose Cold War expertise with fallout shelters led local leaders to renew Huntsville's program.

Huntsville's project, developed using $70,000 from a Homeland Security grant, goes against the grain because the United States essentially scrapped its national plan for fallout shelters after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Congress cut off funding and the government published its last list of approved shelters at the end of 1992

It's not a bad idea, Civil preparedness has always been an act of intelligence.

I still don't get it. Most of the guys in flight school with my boyfriend are prior enlisted (like him--Marines), but younger so they've been to Iraq or Afghanistan at least once.
I hear all about "boys day" in Iraq, and about the Afghanis in drag soliciting soldiers all the time.
But then they kill gay people. HOW can they tell who's gay and who's just "having fun"? Do they just randomly kill guys caught having sex with other guys and ignore it other times?
Seriously, maybe it's because I'm a blonde, but I just don't get it.

72 female virgins with skin so pale their internal organs are visible (and that is a turn on?) and 27 young boys, as smooth as pearls, for a martyr's pleasure.

Some people claim that Big Mo promised white raisins, not white virgins, but considering everything we know about Mo and his troops, the rape, the pillage, he couldn't have talked his barbarians into risking death for dried fruit. But the words in Arabic, Aramaic and related Semitic languages of the area, raisin and virgin apparently are similar in spelling or pronunciation.

Carbon dioxide did not end the last Ice Age.
Deep-sea temperatures rose 1,300 years before atmospheric CO2, ruling out the greenhouse gas as driver of meltdown, says study in Science.

Carbon dioxide did not cause the end of the last ice age, a new study in Science suggests, contrary to past inferences from ice core records.

“There has been this continual reference to the correspondence between CO2 and climate change as reflected in ice core records as justification for the role of CO2 in climate change,” said USC geologist Lowell Stott, lead author of the study, slated for advance online publication Sept. 27 in Science Express.

“You can no longer argue that CO2 alone caused the end of the ice ages.”

Deep-sea temperatures warmed about 1,300 years before the tropical surface ocean and well before the rise in atmospheric CO2, the study found. The finding suggests the rise in greenhouse gas was likely a result of warming and may have accelerated the meltdown – but was not its main cause.

The study does not question the fact that CO2 plays a key role in climate.

“I don’t want anyone to leave thinking that this is evidence that CO2 doesn’t affect climate,” Stott cautioned. “It does, but the important point is that CO2 is not the beginning and end of climate change.”

While an increase in atmospheric CO2 and the end of the ice ages occurred at roughly the same time, scientists have debated whether CO2 caused the warming or was released later by an already warming sea.

The best estimate from other studies of when CO2 began to rise is no earlier than 18,000 years ago. Yet this study shows that the deep sea, which reflects oceanic temperature trends, started warming about 19,000 years ago...

Did I mention the computer model from Brussells destroys Miami in 9.5 days?

Ok, we all know the European Community sucks, but their model is actually better than the Canadian, Japanese and UK models.

per the Hurricane Center website:

Developed and maintained by an international organization supported by 28 European member states, the ECMWF model is the most sophisticated and computationally expensive of all the global models currently used by NHC. Due to model complexity/resolution, data assimilation, and operational requirements of the member states, the ECMWF model run is among the latest arriving of all available dynamical model guidance. The ECMWF model is a hydrostatic spectral model where the linear terms are triangularly truncated to 799 waves (the nonlinear terms are calculated at a coarser resolution) with 91 vertical levels (TL799L91). This corresponds to a horizontal grid spacing of about 25 km. The ECMWF model employs a hybrid vertical coordinate system which is terrain following in the boundary layer (sigma) and becomes purely isobaric (pressure) near the tropopause. The ECMWF was the first modeling center to use four-dimensional (4-D VAR) data initialization which allows better assimilation of off-time (non-synoptic) observations, particularly from satellite data. The ECMWF system provides forecasts out to 240 hours (10 days) twice daily. Beyond the good medium-range tropical cyclone track prediction skill of the ECMWF model, its high spatial resolution has shown potential for useful intensity forecasting.

A waiter got pissy at me, and I wanted to leave, but the lout who took me had my coat ticket, so several nice guys helped me find him to get the ticket back so I could take a cab home.

That night now has been put in perspective for me and seems like a much more amiable environment (except for that waiter) than the Islamic goings on that are starting to be so embarrassingly revealed.

Our enemies naturally feel threatened by the call to [believe in] the Mahdi, for they do not want people to think about justice. But our reply to them is that the era of the aggressive [powers] has come to an end. We believe that it is time for the righteous to rule"...a few days later, during a speech he delivered on August 28, Ahmadinejad went a step further, saying the Mahdi's return is "imminent"..."The current problems faced by the world result from [the rule] of unworthy rulers. The ultimate solution is to replace these unworthy regimes and rulers, and to establish the rule of the Hidden Imam...Those who are not versed in [the doctrine of Mahdism] believe that the return [of the Hidden Imam] will occur only in a very long time, but, according to the divine promise, [his return] is imminent"...perhaps this is why Ahmadinejad opened rather than closed his speeches at Columbia University and at the United Nations this week with a prayer for Allah to hasten the Mahdi's arrival, because he is more convinced than ever that this apocalyptic moment is close at hand...political leaders in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East who believe we should negotiate with Iran are missing the big picture...Ahmadinejad is not operating by the norms of conventional, civilized behavior...he is actively trying to bring about the end of the world...he believes it is his mission, his divine calling...

Gotta love an Aggie...LMAO!

I want everyone to calm down because it is clear to me that there are homosexual acts occurring, but ImaNutBag is still correct: the people themselves are really not homosexual. They just have to deal with the downside of having super-pious wives, created by the total removal of all the fun-organs from them at age 6. This isn't a male problem! It is simply a human problem. All humans who experience orgasm want to have the most moving experience they can. But this is not possible with their wives. So, while their wives look on, they have exciting sex the only way they can, with men. ImaNutBag is completely correct. These men aren't homosexual. They just happen to enjoy sex with men more.

You can't really blame H&F men for having sex with each other. Given their insane dress codes for their women,it's likely they have no idea what a female looks like. Plus, they never did say those 72 virgins were going to be FEMALE now did they?

Seriously, it is interesting to note that ANY indiscretion by a female will result in a prompt gang raping and killing of said female while in the good ole boys club on the "Gayza Strip" we just roll the camcorder,or send them out of the camp. We need to help these people meet Allah A.S.A.P.

Actually, recent Koranic scholarship shows that for the last 14 centuries that whole concept has been mistranslated. When the jihadis show up at the Pearly Gates they are met by Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, George Washington, and 69 other dark-eyed Virginians who pound the crap out of them for attacking our country, then send them where they belong. After which they are met by a large, malodorous being with a forked tail and skin that looks curiously like red tights. He plays the role they expected to play while they play the role of the 72 virgins.

Let's give them their own country.

Let's open up a condom concession at all check points.

re: #19 pink freud

I thought I sent you a lengthy email with lovely restaurants that were within walking distance of where you were staying. It simply died 3/4 way through. I can reconstitute it I suppose.

Did you get nothing? My email list shows nothing transmitted.

264 markie  Thu, Sep 27, 2007 9:05:37pm

So, can we expect a series of assassinations, the suspected perpetrators of which might be fundamentalist islamists? I mean, they lop off heads for less over there...

265 Frank_Mtl  Thu, Sep 27, 2007 9:18:29pm
Homosexuality is much more rampant among the Arabs/Muslims than any other peoples in the world.

It goes a long way towards explaining the penchant/fondness for Arabs/Islam in such European countries as the UK or France.

266 _RememberTonyC  Thu, Sep 27, 2007 9:22:15pm

Now I know why the "Packers" are the most popular NFL team in gaza

267 Frank_Mtl  Thu, Sep 27, 2007 9:33:02pm

Or the Netherlands, or Norway... or anywhere in Europe where "not blond" is hotter.

268 brooklynjon  Thu, Sep 27, 2007 10:20:12pm

I imagine if this Gaza thing doesn't work out, these guys could all move to Massachusetts and run for congress.

re: #120 eastvillageinfidel

Good Lord! This is a "government" ?

Are you making reference to the Palestinian Authority or the San Francisco Mayor and city council?

The difference being that the PA apparently only diddles one another, while that Komsomol Summer Camp student government that runs San Francisco has a whole city population to bend over. Some of whom appear to enjoy it, to be sure.

Hmmm. Maybe burkas are not just for women anymore.

re: #2 Ojoe

The possibility of AIDS taking care of our political problem is just an idle fantasy. It would never work. Then no other country would accept them for sure, and Israeli do-gooders would promptly set about taking care of them, even if it meant taxing the Jews more to raise the necessary funds.

These people are just a nightmare and I wish they would go away as much as anybody else.

"The Hamas-Fatah power struggle has descended into the gutter ..."

What a whitewash. Those scumbags would have to *rise* to get into the gutter.

It's fun to stay at the G - A - Z - A

Suicide boners.

276 dahozho  Fri, Sep 28, 2007 8:00:18am

Aside from anything else, I wonder what the HIV infection rate is among the Arabs of Samaria & Judea these days...

Not that anyone would ever be able to do the research to find out, there being no high risk individuals in the RoP.

277 AuntAcid  Fri, Sep 28, 2007 8:18:29am

It's all very clear now. Those car swarms and rage parades are just gay meet ups. In the closet and out in the open. How clever!

278 Big Dan  Fri, Sep 28, 2007 9:01:09am

Any wide stances involved? Cuz then you can't be in government.

I'm beginning to think that NEITHER Hamas NOR Fatah is fit to govern a pile of dirty socks.

279 crabtree  Fri, Sep 28, 2007 9:12:06am

See why we would all be better off if Iran controlled the whole Middle East? Everyone knows they don't have any homosexuals in Iran--Mahmoud told us so!

280 alansfmd  Fri, Sep 28, 2007 9:38:38am

And don't forget about what some say did in Arafat.

Follow the leader!

Well, this explains why suicide bombings are down; who's got time to bomb someone with all of these sex parties hap'nin'?

LOL... sounds like a weekend at Larry Craig's place.

The Hamas-Fatah power struggle has descended into the gutter over the past few days, with both parties trading allegations about the involvement of their members in homosexual relations and adultery

.

I guess they are now trading phone numbers and ring sizes.

re: #284 dkiddoo

dkiddoo,

Well the first thing you need to learn is that allah does not will anything. Allah is simultaneously a 1.) pre-Muhammadean moon deity excavated by Israeli archaeologists and 2.) Satan.

Like I said, he does not will anything. The Good Book calls it "deaf and dumb."

Allah of Stone
