Review: ‘Shooter’ for Moonbats
The “Bob Lee Swagger” novels of Stephen Hunter are a weakness of mine, so I was looking forward to the movie version of “Point of Impact”, renamed “Shooter,” even though it co-starred Castro/Chavez suck-up Danny Glover. Unfortunately Glover’s cruddy politics seem to have leaked all over the script, because near the end, Ned Beatty launches into a full-on psycho Big Brother rant, even bringing up Abu Ghraib, and admits he committed mass murder because … yes … it’s all about the oooiiilllll!
What a disappointment; they turned Hunter’s excellent book into an uninspired parody of Daily Kos. Whatever you do, don’t pay to see this pile of steaming moonbat guano. Read the book instead; it’s great.
