Video: Obama's Campaign in Gaza

Tue, Apr 1, 2008 at 9:05:41 am PDT

Al Jazeera reports on Barack Obama fans in Hamas-controlled Gaza, where Palestinians form internet groups to rally support for Obama in the US. They think he has the potential to bring real change to America.

And we can guess what kind of “change” that might be.

No, it will be that kid who said the White House was turned into a mosque. I guess we know who the expect to do it.

As for the video, what was it from? The BBC? When it started criticizing Israel for not "living up to its commitments" without saying a word about the continued paliterrorism, I stopped it.

So some palistinians think Oborax can bring peace to the middle east. Now that would be a noteworthy feat. Could they maybe consider the abandonment of terrorism as a state sponsored policy? Or perhaps the recognition of Israel's right to exist? --Voila --instant peace and it's all within their grasp.

Forget the phone swarms, the fat women - there is starvation and sewage and no electricity - but that is in Darfur. The Gazans are eating, watching creepy Sarah and using their computers- the sewage in Gaza is Hamas.

If you just do one thing when you bowl, you will be a better bowler. Hold the ball at chest height, let it fall in a natural manner, as if your arm were a pendulum, step forward to the line, then when you release the ball, follow through and imagine you are tossing a glass of water over your shoulder with your throwing arm. Look at the marks on the lane for your target, do not look at the pins. OK, that's two things. Maybe three.

These kids are a Hamas Youth organization, logging on to websites linked to the US elections and shilling for Hussein Obama. In their spare time they also
download/upload jihadi literature for their side in the GWOT.

Didn't we just give them $150,000,000?

What approach are you using? If it's the three step, and you're right handed, step off with your left foot. You should be stepping forward on your right foot when the ball is behind you, and onto your left (and sliding) as the ball comes forward.

I don't use the stutter-step five. I tried it, and found that the increase in power/momentum wasn't enough to make up for the loss of accuracy.

How about we send some of those billions of dollars going to the PA/PLO/Fatah/Hamas to Africa, or Sudan, or South America instead?

Advice to the BBC: Next time haul everything out to a gravel parking lot with scavenged furniture and be sure to have a bombed out building in the background. For added effect you could have a kid get electrocuted by an extension cord sitting in a puddle of water.

I could understand the anti-Israel bias, and inaccurate criticism of the Bush administration coming from Al-Jezeera, the bad part is that any msm outlet would have sounded exactly the same. Still, I couldn't help but think as I was watching this, put BO between this kid and Jesse Jackson, and tell me which one he more closely resembles. The Arabs do not see a black candidate when they look at him. A name like Barack Hussein Obama? You better believe they see an Arab.

re: #114 ameridan

Sick, yes, but also naive. Guess that's why they let other Muslim countries keep them right where they are.

Not as naive as one would think. From the starter these Arabs (so called Palestinians) were used as tools, and willing tools at that, by the Arab-Muslim world. They tried to destroy the Jews before Israel was created, they pulled 80% of British Palestine mandate for an Arab country (originally Britian promised 50% of the ORIGINAL mandate to the Jews) and got the entire world offering them half of what was left. And then they willingly refused partition and went to war with the Jews. Nobody makes them teach their children hate - they do it by themselves and by their own demented free will.
It's not about land or "Palestinian" self determination. It's about Arabs fighting Jews and all other infidels and the "Palestinians" are a willing first line force in this war.

And that's why the endorse Obama - he's too weak to offer any concrete oposition to their plans, even if he wanted to (and I seriously doubt he wants to).

The man's upbringing is a binary choice. Sen. Obama's father was a moslem. His step-father is a moslem. Obama attended a moslem parochial school in a predominantly moslem country, for whatever length of time. His Kenyan siblings and cousins appear to be moslems. By what we know of sharia law, that pretty much makes Mr. Obama a moslem. This fact is repeated frequently, worldwide, by moslem clergy and laity. If Sen. Obama became a Christian, of whatever denomination, that makes him a moslem apostate, free to be murdered at will by any practicing moslem; this little bit of sharia is also frequently repeated and defended by moslem clergy and laity worldwide.
Must all be quite the major headache for the Secret Service. Does the islamic world want to kill the man, or are they just waiting for him to come out of the closet?

re: #37 rawmuse

If you just do one thing when you bowl, you will be a better bowler. Hold the ball at chest height, let it fall in a natural manner, as if your arm were a pendulum, step forward to the line, then when you release the ball, follow through and imagine you are tossing a glass of water over your shoulder with your throwing arm. Look at the marks on the lane for your target, do not look at the pins. OK, that's two things. Maybe three.

I bowl without a hook. That's right, I cock my wrist and throw a "nothing" ball. Except for the 7-10 split, it's EASIER to pick up spares, and my strike pocket gets better mixing action because the head pin spins like a mixer when it bounces off the wall.

My average used to be 230-240 when I bowled regularly...
(Diego Garcia doesn't count. The lanes there were major suckage and had warps big enough to turn over a Humvee at speed...)

Very interesting, I think we should all be supporting Geert over Fitna, it's a pity I don't know any Dutch sites in English.

Lately I've been having bad dreams about BO and wifie. They are starting to creep me out. I have a nasty feeling that they don't like America at all (not the one I do, and the Americans I like also) so are they purely after the power or do they want the power to destroy the good ol USA as we know it. I have a bad feeling in my gut they want to punish you for everything, in which case no wonder the Palis like BO (remember they were scared of Rudy) the other dictators in the ME must be drooling at the thought of him in the White House. The Russians will make mincemeat of him and the Chinese will take you over by stealth. This doesn't include any of the other Usual Suspects either. I believe that the "change" BO is so keen on will be you flat on your faces with everyone else walking over you. I'm really worried, and I'm not an American.
Please don't elect him. America needs someone with real strength of character and the courage to stand up to the Islamists and the variety of dictators who would love to see you humbled. You don't need an inexperienced man with a nice smile with far too many dubious associates.
Regards
