data dump

Thu, Jun 27, 2002 at 6:22:42 pm PDT

So I go play guitar on a friend’s demo this afternoon, and when I get home ... hey! Almost 200 new comments! Almost 100 emails! Consider me officially swamped.

Some great links were suggested; I’m just going to dump them out here without much comment, because they all deserve to be seen. Thanks to everyone for emailing; if you don’t get a reply, please don’t take it personally.

Orson Scott Card writes about the justifiable but incovenient timing of Israel’s offensive against suicide bombers, and what it means for the ultimate goal of the civilized world—the destruction of Iraq’s nuclear threat: You Can't Have Peace When the Enemy Wants War .

The Smoking Gun has transcripts of Zacarias Moussaoui’s insane rants: I, a slave of Allah.

Dennis Prager comes up with a psychoanalytical answer to the question: Why does the left support the Palestinians?

Another good Israeli weblog—a “split personality Israeli mother trying to make sense of current insanity:” Not a Fish.

The Palestinian Authority has put a lot of money into the martyr-legitimization campaign: Occam’s Toothbrush.

The official Palestinian Authority newspaper mocks Condoleeza Rice: The dark-complexioned lady.

Oh man, they stepped in it now. Give 'em hell Condi! This link shows how much the Arab people really have no idea on how America works. Especially this "Dr." Abd Al-Aziz Al-Maqaleh.

You mean she actually speaks out against the Pals? You mean she actually has the testies to speak basic common sense in a political office?
That darn "dark-complexioned lady" actually shoots from the hip?

Maybe after reading this she will shoot from both hips.

Orson Scott Card wrote a very intelligent argument for going after Saddam now. I don't think we should expect or wait for our allies to support us. I've been concerned for a while now that we have been sidetracked by the unrest in Israel. I have felt that we aren't seeing the bigger picture. And I also think that Arafat is being handsomely rewarded for being such a willing smokescreen. Seems we Americans just never see it coming.

"What compounds the astonishment is that the Black Lady always makes a point, whether the opportunity presents itself or not, of denouncing the Palestinians, to the point where her positions and statements have come to be nearly daily lessons to the American people..."

You know, I never thought about that, but it must be driving them nuts that one of their most prominent critics is an American black woman.

That somehow makes my day.

Remember: Everybody knows that "islam" means "submission" in Arabic, but few are aware that the condition of said "submission" is: slavery. In fact, in the Hadeeth (Mohammed-hearsay, which is one of the three sacred sources of the Islam) there are repeated references to "slave of allah". "Allah" is the generic Arabic term for "god" (ie. Arab Christians use it). "Abd" means "slave". From day one, Islam has been nothing but a slaver-ideology, like Babylonian "Marduk" worship, propped with so-called "revelations" concocted by Mohammed, and used to indoctrinate lower classes to serve economic interests of Moslem elites. At least, most Christians, Jews Buddhists, Hindus, etc, accept separation of Church and State.
