It’s end of the year list time, and I think we’ll launch a new tradition: the LGF Idiotarian of the Year Award. I already have plenty of ideas for the list:

Michael Moore
Ramsey Clark
Yasser Arafish
Pilger
Fisk
Chomsky
Penn

…etc. Please post nominations for this soon-to-be-coveted trophy here, and when we have a representative list of buffoons, charlatans, and apologentsia, I’ll put together a poll so we can choose a winner (sort of) democratically.

UPDATE: as several have pointed out, it isn’t fair to include Fisk in the list. He’s like the idiotarian Lance Armstrong in the Tour de Schtoopid, and would undoubtedly dominate the race. Therefore, we’re naming the trophy after him, enshrining him, if you will: The Robert Fisk Award for Idiotarian of the Year.
