WAMY Runs Jihad Camps in Ontario

The World Assembly of Muslim Youth, founded by the nephew of Osama Bin Laden in the US, is operating openly in the Mississauga area of Ontario, running jihad camps for Muslim teens and sharing offices with the Islamic Society of North America and the Islamic Centre of Canada: U.S. links Toronto group to bin Laden.

In an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Virginia, David Kane, a senior special agent with the Department of Homeland Security, quoted provocative sections of books published by WAMY. One of the books said, “Teach our children to love taking revenge on the Jews and the oppressors, and teach them that our youngsters will liberate Palestine and al-Quds [Jerusalem] when they go back to Islam and make jihad for the sake of Allah.”

Special Agent Kane said another book compiled and published by WAMY listed “Heroes of Palestine” who had been killed in attacks against Israelis, including a terrorist who hijacked a bus and drove it off a cliff, killing 14.

“The Jews are the enemies of the faithful, God and the angels,” Special Agent Kane quoted another WAMY book, entitled A Handy Encyclopedia of Contemporary Religions and Sects, as saying. “The Jews are humanity’s enemies; they foment immorality in this world; The Jews are deceitful, they say something but mean the exact opposite.”

WAMY Canada runs a series of Islamic camps and pilgrimages for youth.

A spokesman for WAMY Canada was not available for comment yesterday.

Special Agent Kane quoted from a publication prepared by the Camps and Conferences Unit of WAMY that said: “Hail! Hail! O Sacrificing Soldiers! To Us! To Us! So we may defend the flag on this Day of Jihad, are you miserly with your blood?! And has life become dearer to you? And staying behind sweeter?”

The special agent said 14- to 18-year-olds are the target audience for these teachings.

WAMY has been under FBI investigation in the United States since 1999 for possible terrorist links. Special Agent Kane said there are possible financial links between WAMY and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

WAMY is being examined as part of a massive probe into a series of related companies and charities in Virginia suspected of being part of a terror-financing network.

But the Canadian branch of WAMY continues to operate near Toronto. It shares a building with the Islamic Society of North America and the Islamic Centre of Canada.

Oh, joy. I live in Mississauga. Not that this is terribly surprising, given the political climate here. It was a Mississauga MP last year whose infamous "damned Americans, I hate them all" tirade made the news the same week Chretien was denying any anti-Americanism in the government.

BTW, what is "Mississauga area of Ontario"? Is that like the "Buffalo area of New York"? Last time I looked, we were a city, not an "area". Sorry, having a Frantics flashback there...

First...let me say that as luck would have it, we have a Provincial election happening here in Ontario and I just spoke with my long-standing MPP Dan Newman's aide about this and he will be getting back to me. The Mississauga mosque is, I heard, maybe the 3rd largest in the world.
Provincial Elections are the first week of October. Toronto (Mississuaga's bordering neighbour) could become a scarier place if we have a new type of violence.
Barely anything is done about the urban and night club shootings. If we have bombs too, I know who to thank.

Looks like good stuff going on in that girl scout camp catering to Shiites.

But the Wahhabis, and the ISNA which is funded by the Wahhabis and acts as their agent in buying out mosques to be made Wahhabi (according to the following article), and the thugs that enforce the Wahhabi line of Islam by harassing non-Wahhabis, might not be so happy about having Shiites do anything separately from the Wahhabis.

I say good luck to this group.

Gordon, this is very different from the jihad indoctrination that allegedly is going on in that Toronto camp. WAMY and INSA and ICC, I believe, are all Wahhabi-funded, and the Wahhabis are the prime source of jihad sponsorship in the world, IMO.

Check out this link, to see how the Wahhabis are cracking down on the non-Wahhabis, and especially non-Sunnis like the Shiites and the Sufis. They are allegedly using brown-shirt techniques of the Nazis to gain control of Muslim mosques and organizations in the US.

What flag was it referring to? I believe it was referring to the black flag of jihad, one of the two flags of the khilafa movement (the movement to establish a caliphate to rule the world by sharia); the other flag of the khilafa movement is the white flag of the caliphate, for when it is established. Both flags, the black jihad flag and the white caliphate flag, have the shehada written on them.

"So we may defend the flag on this Day of Jihad, are you miserly with your blood?" Obviously not referring to a kaffir's flag, like the Canadian flag. It's the flag of jihad that they are being asked to pledge their blood and their lives to.

What will it take for the western world to wake up to the fact that there is a 5th column movement that exists in the western world, that its "Day of Jihad" has arrived, and that indoctrination for jihad goes on under our very noses?

What will it take for the western world to understand that we are at war -- not willingly by our own choice, but by the choice of the jihaditerrorist global movement?

I think that wartime standards have to be set, not peacetime standards, in order to be able to defend ourselves against what is happening right under our noses.

The last I heard 24 had been arrested in total, and of those, 3 were released on bail. The original warrants named 31 different individuals. Of the original 19, 6 were found-ins.

I am a Christian who lives in Mississuaga since 12 years , and I knew many Muslims .
I realy do not believe the media at all , it says exactly the opposite of what I see.
I even knew some of the youth at WAMY , they were always very open minded in their discussions and behavior.
We need to be fair and not prejudiciary. we can't judge some people out of what the media says about them , we all know that the media is controlled fully by Muslim enemies . they never give them a chance to defend themselves.
