Israel need to resume targeting Hamas leaders, and keep up the pressure. They are scared, and scared men can do desperate things, including halt their attacks on Israel in order to hide.

90% is way too small a percentage. Israel should declare a "hudna", and when these masked cowards emerge from their basements and tunnels, they should be capped in the skull in front of their children.

The Israeli Defence Forces have Hamas topped though, as they spend 99% of their time taking defensive actions, and only 1% actually putting and end to the terrorists.

I have had failures in my life, but, regardless of who was at fault, you just have to keep going. Blaming other people, even if true, is a waste of time. Blaming a whole group of people is paranoia big time.
