Many a months ago I said that I'm ashamed of Canadian goverment's behaviour. Well, one more act, among many, of stupidity and moral depravity cloaked in BS correctness is not going to change neither my feelings nor my opinion.

Nobody is more shocked than me, a Canadian living in the US, at the antisemitic shift going on in Canada.

A root cause of this is a traditional Canadian strength - being friendly and not causing offense to others - that has become an obsessive disorder where nobody is allowed to criticize anything....that is nobody who is not one of the put upon minorities. Minorities, by virtue of their downtroddedness and automatic victim status, are allowed to say and do anything because, hey, "we" deserve it.

The recent reaching out to return an ex-Gitmo "terrorist" who claimed he wasn't one because he only got trained for 3 months in an AQ camp was a similar jaw-slamming-to-the-floor moment. The coverage in national papers which didn't point out how illogical his statements were and led with the obligatory solicitous government spokesmen welcoming him back to Canada made me ill.

Much of Canada is aligning with the EUnichs and is playing the same game of looking down the nose at the Americans - take it from a Canadian.

Sickening and frightening.

Israel stupidity again. Next time, either kill the chap, or let him blow up a couple of targets first.

It's worth noting that the Canadian gov't didn't act this quickly or forcefully while that Canadian journalist was being beaten to death by the Iranian police a few months ago. Of course, had they done so, they might have risked offending Muslims, but there's nothing wrong with offending Jews.

I just bought a talking Ann Coulter doll for my niece's daughter for Christmas. They live in Canada.

Canada has a population that is growing only due to emigration. The ethnic populations in centers such as Toronto now surpass the white population. Ghettos are appearing. 2) Later they interviewed the author of "The Trouble With Islam" on CBC!!! She actually said, on air, live and for real, so everybody could hear outloud on CBC TV "The world should be examining what Muslim leaders are doing to their own people at least as closely as they do Israel's actions" and the set didn't explode! The roof didn't fall in! The floor did not even drop out! They didn't bleep her over for speaking obscenity.

Sometimes pigs do fly. No doubt they will need to do a whole hour long special on "Women and Islam, the Joy of the Veil" to make up for that major slipup.
