Ehhh, it could be very dangerous for a ship as old as Constitution when she launches from her berth to do her yearly (or so) turnaround cruise in Boston Harbor, but I get what you’re saying; Kommuna is still an active combat vessel, while Constitution has been a museum ship for a very long time.

Though to be fair, the HMS Victory, the oldest warship still commissioned in a navy, is in a dry dock in Portsmouth. That’s a form of “technically correct” that is a little much even for me.
