Farah: Will CAIR Keep Getting a Pass?

At the Counter-Terrorism Blog, Douglas Farah asks: now that the Council on American Islamic Relations has been named (along with the Islamic Society of North America and others) as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case against the Hamas-linked Holy Land Foundation, will US government policy toward them change?

To which I would add, will media policy toward them change? I’m guessing not, on both questions.

Today at CAIR’s web site, during the anniversary of the Six Day War, we find them recycling a linchpin of antisemitic conspiracy delusions for decades, the mistaken bombing of the USS Liberty by Israel: CAIR: Time for the Truth About the Liberty.

It’s the same kind of article you can easily find at neo-Nazi sites and extreme left-wing conspiracy sites. The thinly-veiled antisemitism behind CAIR is very close to the surface when they publish stuff like this.
