Palestinian Authority Secretary Ahmed Abdel Rahman said he understands today’s terror attack, Israel Radio reports.

In an interview with the Arab television station Al-Jazeera, Abdel Rahman said that Israel talks about lightening the restraints on Palestinians in the West Bank on the one hand, and on the other soldiers increase actions against the Palestinians.

He said he does not feel that the terrorism needs to be controlled because of Israel’s strong-handed action against the Palestinians.
