The Ultimatum of the Quran Burning Pastor
In the latest pathetic episode of the psycho preacher clown show, Terry Jones has given his opponent, Imam Rauf, two hours to let Jones know whether he’s going to move the Cordoba House even farther away from Ground Zero.
GAINESVILLE — The Florida pastor who had canceled the Quran-burning event and then changed his mind just announced that he is challenging the New York imam who wants to erect an Islamic center near the site of the 9/11 attacks to let them know in the “next two hours” whether he will move the mosque.
The Rev. Terry Jones, outside his Gainesville church, the Dove World Outreach Center, said he prayed with evangelist Kilari Anand Paul, a native of India and now a naturalized American, and they decided to issue a “challenge” for Imam Feisel Rauf to call him.
They want Rauf to call them by 3:20 p.m. Paul said Jones was “clearly deceived” by Imam Muhammad Musri, president of the Islamic Society of Central Florida. They also want the media to contact Rauf and find out “if he has agreed to move the mosque from Ground Zero.”
Well, he has about 25 minutes left.
