Mapchic emailed to let me know about a little nugget buried in yesterday’s NPR broadcast of All Things Considered. At about 2:40 into the show, the reporter says “Journalists were taken outside Baghdad to see a group of Muslim fighters from France, Algeria, Morocco, and Libya.”
I’ve scoured online news sources but can find no mention of this anywhere else.
