CAIR Wins in Alabama
There’s absolutely nothing out there on the wires yet, but the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is crowing about their success in getting the hijab accepted for driver’s license photographs in the state of Alabama. (Hat tip: Baldy.)
Which means that a primary method of identification (hair type and color) has just been taken away from law enforcement, because of special interest group (read: Muslim) pressure. (Hat tip: Nancy B.)
Check out how happy CAIR is about this development. Anyone still want to argue that the hijab is not an Islamist political statement?
