Hijab victimology ploy works as CAIR tries hardball tactics to push incremental sharia
“‘Ga. judge jails Muslim woman over head scarf” reads the headline, but the real story is that a woman intentionally tried to violate a prohibition against head coverings in Georgia courtrooms. The law says “No head coverings,” period, not “No head coverings until your a magical Muslim, in which case you’re ‘special’ and the law doesn’t apply to you.”
If CAIR wins this case, ALL head coverings of any kind must be allowed in courtrooms, because it would be a violation of the Constitution’s Establishment Clause to give favored treatment to one religious group over all others.
