Wow, he’s way off base. The first amendment does not protect religions from being offended.
It’s a shitty painting. No technique, skill or craftsmanship that I can detect. I suppose the painting is mocking the warning labels wingnuts want to put in science books but it still sucks from an artistic perspective.

Exactly right. He is using the Establishment Clause to claim that anything deemed religiously offensive not be on gov’t property. I suppose he has something of a point there, but he is misrepresenting the intent of the EC to make it.

Yeah, I did see that. I’ve been watching so much Hulu that I go through the movies chronologically. Sunday afternoons I check out the new Bollywood movies. Some of them are quite good.
