We need to start and get in more wars. They’ve worked out super well, boosted the economy, and given enlisted men and women exciting places to visit. If we were smart enough to vote for Newt, we could probably start some shit with just about any name from a hat. And isn’t that what makes America great? We can bring freedom and Christianity to the whole wide world.

Well, we may see far fewer military officers voting GOP this time around, if they keep up the saber-rattling over Libya. Of course John Kerry (D-Mars) thinks we can “simply” crater all of Libya’s runways.

That’ll make the humanitarian efforts way easier. Eyeroll.

#1 reason to not elect a GOP president in 2012: They will go to war somewhere with somebody for some reason.

You can tell Newt’s never been at the sharp end.

Newt got graduate school deferments during Vietnam. He never served at all.
