Western nations are expressing worries about an international atomic energy agency report that says Syria has violated its nuclear non-proliferation obligations.
U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice said her country’s concerns were confirmed in the report delivered by the International Atomic Energy Agency Thursday to a closed Security Council meeting.
The IAEA says Syria has refused to cooperate with an investigation of its alleged secret nuclear activities.
