Turns out most Americans aren’t hateful people, something I’ve considered to be a truth for a long time. Yes, there are a LOT of idiots (i.e. the 30% or so that was convinced Obama was/is a Kenyan-born Muslim), but I wouldn’t be so brash as to write them all off as necessarily hateful people, just woefully misinformed and ignorant.

Europe has hopefully learned its lesson that hate backed movements lead to not happy results… I fear that USA has not learned this yet….
