The owner of the raft reported to police that the suspect took the raft with him after being shouted at to stop.

Er...yeah...I think, were I in the raft owner's place, I'd be inclined to just let him keep it o_O

I'd say keep the raft, don't worry about repaying me and I'd move out of the neighborhood. It's a free country, but if you're doing that shit, you're probably doing a lot of other extremely weird shit. The sky is truly your limit if your fucking blowup rafts.
Anyways, hopefully the poor soul DOES get some help.

Misleading headline then. He was arrested for stealing and public exposure.

You can have sex with an inflatable raft as long as it's your own raft and you don't do it in public.
