They are advocating higher taxes for the middle class for the same reason the peasants paid most of the taxes in France before the revolution.

The mere fact that the upper class exists is quite enough for them. In their minds the existence of the rich shows that the country works. Plus, as in France, the nobility are the ones with the most power.

The middle class in the GOP candidates minds are not necessary for the country to work. They should be glad to be allowed to be here and they should pay for the privilege. And, as in France, they have the least power.

Remember how that turned out?

It’s simple really. They realize taxes will have to go up somewhere and they’d rather it be on what’s left of the middle class instead of their rich buddies.

Simply put, it’s them. Then us. Always in that order. They must chant “somewhere, somebody may be getting something for nothing” all day long. Just might be them? One of the biggest reasons for changes to the bankruptcy laws was people were being destroyed by medical bills. Now they changed them again.. You can get more juice out of a completely crushed orange. Tax the lowest wage earners more, hell there’s more of them out there. GOP/TP. Out of your pocket and into ours, so simple, so legal, so us.

The anti-tax zeal was the chief reason republicans won so many seats in ‘10. Now, they plan to hit alot of voters with more taxes, so that the wealthiest few won’t have to pay.

Do they believe in the 2012 Mayan apocalypse, or something? Are they so dumb as to not realize how much this is damaging their chances next election? Are they counting on losing, and laundering their campaign contributions into personal accounts?

One can only speculate whats going on in their shady, but otherwise hollow, heads.

Republicans are the nobility? If they are so few, how come they ever win any election?

They’re counting on 50-plus-one percent of voters being so dumb as to fall for their lies and vote for them anyway.

…and yes, I do sometimes fear they’re right *_*
