Rep. Steve King (R-IA) today appeared on WallBuilders Live with David Barton and Rick Green. King rather incredibly described Green as a “constitutional scholar” and lamented the “manufactured, judicial activist right to privacy”

Glad to hear King and Barton remain committed to “less government”. //

If there’s no right to privacy, doesn’t that mean the government could compel us to have broccoli in our houses or on our persons at all times? If there’s no right to privacy what can’t the government require us to do? Where’s the “limiting principle”?

Let me get this straight:

Rick Green = Constitutional Scholar

Obama = Audacious Totalitarian

Trojan Man = Satan

But you see, its only the federal government that’s limited. We are all just breeding stock for state governments, which can compel us to birth as many young uns as they like./

Dear Religious Fanatics,

Please explain to me how repeated pregnancies that require expensive treatment, early delivery and a serious risk of stillbirth would have strengthened either my health and ability to care for my existing children or my relationship with my husband. Not to mention the little bitty issue of who would be paying for all this?

No Thanks,
Me

Remind me what century we are living in.

I saw a thread on Free Republic earlier where several posters said that our problems began with giving women the vote. Apparently women are programed to want someone to take care of them, and if they aren’t married that someone would be the government.

So, I’m saying the century we’re looking for is the 19th. Probably the nadir of women’s rights in America.
