The message is clear and factual. Tax breaks for the rich do not result in job creation. I’m amazed that so many people buy this line of crap from the Republicans. This video is only called controversial because it quite clearly favors one political party’s economic policies over the other in an election year.

It wasn’t Reaganomics that crashed a couple years ago though was it? In his day the banks and stock traders were far better regulated. The critics forget we had a very powerful recovery under Reagan, and they forget (what a surprise) that he got us through the savings and Loan debacle.
And if we had his tax charts right now, the national debt would not be accelerating like it is now, under what should be called Bush era taxes.
Forget Reagan, we need solutions now. Like going back to the Reagan era taxation. Like slappimg corporations that offshore and offshore. Like getting the hell out of Iraq and Afghanistan. Like figuring out medical reform that does not wind up with thorny constitutional issues. Gee, maybe tax and benefit, which we know is legal?
