I don't think egregiously insulting the president actually meets the standard of treason, and 'treachery' would imply Obama had some reason to trust him.

I think I would simply say that Trump is being, once again, an asshole.

That is entirely untrue! He could TOTALLY go to Iran and say that Barack Obama is a bigger threat to the United States than the Iranian nuclear program!!!

Well to be honest he's right... Obama is in theory more dangerous to us then any sort of Iranian nuke could ever be. Granted I don't think he meant it quite that way, but hey, go with it. ;)

I don't know; the way people like Trump act, I think they would seriously consider supporting an enemy if it would make Obama look bad. It started way back when Obama couldn't get the Olympics to come to Chicago, and it's gone downhill ever since. Actual treason is just the next logical step.
