As a NYC friend of mine might say, 'The word Horoputz' comes to mind'.

They've got great pizza and put downs in that town.

Because being black was such an enormous advantage to the previous forty-plus black men to hold the office.

I swear. Reminds me of a Diana Wynne Jones novel, where a group of London witches wind up in an alternative history line where matriarchal African cultures became the dominant forces of colonialism and empire. Everyone they meet treats the black woman in the group with enormous deference.

Horowitz sees bubbles inside the bubbles inside the bubbles. My goodness the right wing is nucking futz.

And no one would care who Horowitz was if he hadn't switched one from nutcase ideology to another.

Randall Gross,

I'm so glad I no longer have any respect or admiration for Horowitz. I hope his new book is dud and he goes bankrupt in the near future. I was tempted to buy it, only remind myself how stupid I was to ever treat him as an authority on anything.

Laugh all you want but being black is indeed awesome and has all kinds of advantages, like no sunburns. Oh, wait I do get sunburns.

re: #5 CriticalDragon1177

Fortunately, I never actually bought any of Horowitz's books, I only borrowed them from the library.

I also no longer respect him or his work -- haven't in several years -- and I'm ashamed that I took him and his ilk seriously.
The only excuse I have is that back in the 90s I was young, dumb, and full of cum shit.

Horoputz. Love that.

Seriously, the man is as deranged as Breitbart, and like Breitbart, he has his own legion of loons blogging for him at his site.

“Part of the racism of our society is if you’re black you can get away with murder,” Horowitz concludes.

Which is why a disproportionately low percentage of the prison population is black, and why you rarely see a black person on death row.
