Until they got them down, after which tourism would pretty much shut down for Egypt.

Ain't ever gonna happen.

Of course, last time this came up, there was a lot of speculation (at least on my part) about how the hell you could ever dismantle those things. As I said at the time, they really are built like a pyramid-shaped brick shithouse. The sheathing all got stripped in the Middle Ages, but the bases are...solid.

I assume you mean al-Gohary, and not the pyramids? Because I don't think a drone could do much there.

I think the U.N. would be more than jutified in sending forces to defend Egypt's ancient treasures...these things don't just belong to Egypt, they belong to the entire world.

Anyways, methinks these guys aren't going to win any popularity contests making statements like this...
