How many people would be dead if the stabber was a shooter?

Local reports say a student in a classroom used an X-ACTO knife and began to attack fellow students and ran out of the room.

Aren’t knives of this length now allowed back on airplanes by the TSA? Just don’t try to sneak on a bottle of hand lotion or shampoo.

An exacto knife is very small , but scalpel sharp . Most blades are only about an inch long .
