Poll: Huge Majority of Americans Say Republican Party Out of Touch

A large majority of adults say the Republican Party is out of touch with average Americans, according to a new poll.

A Washington Post-ABC News poll released on Tuesday found that 70 percent of those surveyed say the GOP is out of touch with “the concerns of most people in the United States today,” while 23 percent say that the party is in touch.

Let’s see. They bitch about “big government” yet have no problem using that same government to harass women who want to get abortions. Yeah that counts as out of touch to me too. THe only real question is will American voters put their money where their mouth is and vote them out of their majority in the House and lessen their seats in the Senate? Somehow I doubt it.

That’s about the percentage of voters who are white evangelical or born-again Christians who voted for Romney. The GOP base.

IIRC, it was GW Bush’s final presidential approval rating.

(There is another 4% number, the Moonbat Left, that brings the BSC (batshit crazy) quotient to 27%.) Over decades, the distribution of the 27% shifts R-L-R.) It’s got numbers, so it’s Science.
