Just a new variation on: “If you’re poor, God hates you and it’s your fault.”

That’s why the GOP doesn’t think they should be allowed to vote.

Actually, he didn’t. There will be a lot of people who are unemployed who think that ‘other’ people— and sadly, a lot of this is going to be white people thinking this about black people— are on drugs. They’ll happily take their drug test because they know they’ll pass and they want welfare taken away from those who they don’t think deserve it.

Sadly, being on welfare doesn’t generate empathy for others on welfare.

This is just more of Corbett’s BS. He can’t deliver what he promised—economic prosperity for all—after implementing job killing, demoralizing policies that benefit only the already wealthy and corporations. He’s been a huge failure and most likely he knows it, so to deflect Pennsylvanians attention from what a major failure he’s been, he scapegoats the poor. But he forgets that facts don’t lie. No matter what he says/does, PA was still 49th in job creation in March, and he can’t change that.

Corbett has done more to damage Pennsylvania in his few years than any other political hack has in my memory. The gas companies OWN him. The politics he espouses are nothing more than those of a bought and paid for servant to special interests and monied backers. He’s sold out the little guy and screwed every small borough and township in the Marcellus House Bill that took away local resistance to ” drill anywhere” policies. He tried to sell the Pa Turnpike to a foreign interest. He’s trying to sell the PA Lottery. He’s trying to undo and lose every pension ever bargained for in good faith by state employees. He wants to sell off the states involvement in Liquor Control. He would sell his ass if he hadn’t already. He’s weakened and tried to kill every environmental and civil safeguard that came before him. His plan is to supplant government oversight with corporate oversight and that means that the air and water and the population will suffer. When he was State AG he was a ladder climbing ass kissing hack. Now he’s a ass kissing poster boy for the morally corrupt and politically bought. Total disgrace.

In other words, he’s a ‘good republican’.
