Sarah smells a paycheck.

This is a fund raising effort, if Sara rand vs Begich she would get roundly thumped.

“You and I both know that Sarah Palin is a fighter who will stand up to Harry Reid and his pals in the Senate to protect our Constitution in issues like amnesty, gun control and our nation’s crushing debt,” said the email from Todd Cefaratti of the Tea Party Leadership Fund.

No. No, she’s not a fighter. Seriously, WTF is wrong with these people? A fighter would not have quit halfway through her first term.

Seriously. She’s not a leader. Leaders don’t do that. This isn’t quitting on a state to focus on running for the presidency. No she quit on her state because she couldn’t handle criticism. It would be no different if she was actually elected to the Senate and had to be held accountable to what she said and how she voted.

The universe doesn’t love me enough for Caribou Barbie to try running for office again.

She bought a big house in John McCain’s district. Seems it’s been in the planning for her to take his seat when he retires.

Well, she’s out of work and could use the money the job would provide.

Most voters up here are not surprised at this news. Even Joe Miller has been hinting he might run against Begich. I’ve been expecting Governor Parnell to jump into the Senate race. He’s deep into the pockets of the oil cartel so they might want him to run for another term as Governor to protect their oil tax windfall.

Begich has been keeping to the right of center so he has a reasonable chance to be re-elected.
