Oh, I think they’ll get it cleaned up soon enough. I went to one of those ANSWER protests back in 2003, and some assholes were spray painting the Capitol steps. I don’t know how they clean it up, but they do.

Morons like that helped obscure the normal, conscientious people across the country against that war, but that’s kind of a digression. Bad times.

What I don’t get is that they have surveillance cams and Park Police on duty there round the clock, so how did these vandals avoid being seen?

My guess is they probably were seen but they were wearing balaclavas or something.
