WND Demonologist says Halloween is morally equivalent to watching people get killed for fun
Remember WND’s Demonologist? Previously he talked about how the walking Dead and American Horror Story open the door to demons He’s still determined to destroy Halloween. Karl Payne will not stop until all the ghosts and ghouls and candy have been banished from the world forever.
Now he compares people who enjoy dressing up in costumes and having a spooky good time to people who enjoyed watching other human beings get killed in the colosseum. Yeah those things are really the same thing. Give me a break.
There’s no way he could possible believe that, you must be thinking, unfortunately, you’d be wrong. Here’s an exact quote of his that Brian Tashman posted at rightwing watch
Naturalists redefining the subject do not change the reality of the subject. A holiday celebrating the subject, promoting it as nothing more than a day to collect candy, celebrate the dark side, or mock God, does not change the reality of the subject.
The Roman gladitorium and circus were real, but just entertainment that could be enjoyed or ignored. If you don’t like watching men killing each other as people jeered or cheered, or helpless women and children being eaten by animals, don’t go to the Colosseum or arenas. Who are you to dictate what is right or wrong for others?
Yes that’s morally equivalent to Halloween, where people pretend to be monsters or fairytale creatures, and no one is actually killed, even in the scariest horror movie, since its all make believe. The man is sick in the head.
