Not so fast, SCOTUS also ruled that Government (i.e. Taxpayers) should pay for everything that Hobby Lobby doesn’t want to include.

The only surprising thing about this SC decision, like so many others, is that it’s not surprising at all.
They could have decided it five minutes after final arguments. Hell, they could have decided it five minutes before opening arguments.

The Vicious Babushka,
Hopefully this will be over turned some day. Than you will see some truly deranged wingnuts!

So taxpayers are now supposed to subsidize a wingnut’s so-called conscience just because he owns a business?
On the bright side, at lease employees in need of contraceptives aren’t being left to fend for themselves. And it undermines the “conscience” excuse for further attacks on contraceptive access. So while this is a lousy compromise, it just might be a devious subversion of the wingnut agenda.
Or it might just be setting-up the “why should my taxes pay for this” talking point. We’ll see.
